Thunder Kite Studio is the creative playground of Kacie Kinzer and Tom Gerhardt—two hardcore design professionals turned spiritual softies—where we craft a more thoughtful, meaningful, and beautiful world through product design and collaboration. Together, we’ve set out on a path to live in greater harmony with the earth, connect with our passion and purpose, and help others do the same. KACIE KINZER

Kacie Kinzer is a world-renown experience and product designer. She helped run  design teams at some of the world’s most innovative companies and startups, has numerous design awards, and has personal work in the MoMA in NYC. In 2021, she had a massive spiritual awakening that transformed her life, and led to her  seeking new ways to bridge design, creativity, entrepreneurship, healing and transformational modalities. She trained  shamanic and somatic healer and now helps coach and guide clients to heal and align with their heart’s highest calling through the expression of their creative gifts.

TOM GERHARDT

Tom Gerhardt is a designer, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Thunder Kite Studio. He has spent over two decades designing and launching products, building small businesses, and exploring the intersection of craft, technology, and meaning. As co-founder of Studio Neat, he’s developed beloved tools and objects that blend thoughtful design with everyday utility. At Thunder Kite Studio, he continues this work—creating brands, guiding product development, and helping others bring their ideas to life.
